Careers at Maison de Serenity

Do Meaningful Work with a Team That Values How You Care

Join a small residential care team built around respect, personal attention, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow.

Care work asks a lot of you.

You need patience when someone feels anxious. You need good judgment when a resident’s needs change. You need reliability because residents, families, and coworkers depend on you.

At Maison de Serenity, we are building a workplace where employees can take pride in the care they provide.

Our six-bed residential setting supports adults and older adults during post-hospital recovery, post-surgical care, respite stays, memory support, and hospice-compatible care.

A smaller setting allows team members to learn residents’ routines, preferences, concerns, and daily needs.

If you value respectful care, responsibility, teamwork, and continued learning, we want you to consider a career with Maison de Serenity.
